Returns:
Our policy lasts 7 days and covers ONLY defects in the structure of the device. We shall have the sole and final determination as to whether any defects were by caused by our production process.
Refunds (if applicable):
Refunds are not allowed for these devices/products. All sales are final.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace small items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@www.bcksavrwildlifetransport.com and send your item to the address shown on the website.
Larger items (frame, etc.), if determined to be defective (by us alone), will be reviewed and determined by us which actions should be taken. ALL exchanges require approval from www.www.bcksavrwildlifetransport.com before you send the item back to us (if the item is allowed to be returned). Any items sent to us without approval ahead of time, will not be accepted, will not be exchanged or any further consideration taken on that item.
Shipping:
Shipping rates will be determined at the time of sale or soon after. Different areas of the U.S.A. will determine your shipping costs ESPECIALLY for the large items. Send us an email with your location and we will attempt to obtain a “ball park” shipping rate. The actual shipping cost will be determined by the weight of your purchase and may need to have a separate quote determined and then sent to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if a return is approved by www.www.bcksavrwildlifetransport.com. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
